Shipping Rates

Peninsular Malaysia: RM 7 (FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS ABOVE RM100)

East Malaysia: RM 15 (FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS ABOVE RM180)

Singapore: From 11 SGD (Based on weight) 

Indonesia: From 172000IDR (Based on weight) 

Rest of the world: We currently only ship to Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. 

Delivery Lead Time

Confirmed orders will be processed within the next three (3) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays. Delivery lead time for orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows:- 

Peninsular Malaysia: 3 to 7 business working days*

East Malaysia: 8 to 10 business working days*

*Subject to courier service's changes. 

Refund Policy 

We do not provide returns or refunds due to allergic reactions or general dissatisfaction. 

We typically do not provide refunds, however under certain circumstances, kindly reach out to us with your concerns at hello@sansbeauty.co with the title “Refund #[your order number]” and our team will assist you from there on.

Exchange Policy 

Exchanges will only be eligible if: 

• Goods upon receiving are damaged or defected. 
• Goods upon receiving are incorrect from your order.
• Goods to be exchanged should be in its original condition
